The author
Hamzeh Naghdi is an Australian novelist who writes literary fiction in English. He began writing at ten, worked as a graphic designer, then spent nearly a decade writing the Qur’an by hand in Persian calligraphy. By his forties the novel had become his principal work. He writes full-time in Canberra and is bringing ten novels from his archive to publication, one at a time. More novels are coming soon.
